Made an oil change appointment only to be told upon arrival it was a 3-hour wait. There were wiper blade changes and other tasks that are first-come, first-serve and that appointments do not guarantee any priority. Also wasnt acknowledged by service team upon arrival. They just left me to stand at the desk and wait on them for quite a while to offer a welcome. Service quality is very poor and I will not be returning.

I had a great experience here when I came in to have a wiper blade that wasnt working fixed. It turned out that all I had wrong was a nut loose preventing the wiper from functioning. Richard Gepp was the service consultant who helped me and he voided the inspection cost and had it fixed for no charge. because it was an easy fix. I would 100% recommend this dealership for its services
