Robert at Elite responded right away and is a good thing the house had been toooo cold for me especially with my disabilities. His diagnoses showed multiple issues with parts needing replacing on heater of HVAC system. Thank you for prompt WARM service!!

Our air conditioner went out on Saturday. And it was a three day holiday weekend. Right in the middle of a heat wave. And the upcoming week showed NO sign of relief from the sun monster. I have called Elite on Sunday evening, hoping to get service out on Tuesday. To my surprise, Vic was available on Monday (Labor Day) and came out to fix the problem early morning. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He arrived right on schedule and got the job done. I truly appreciate his honest business and being straight up front with us. Robert and Alex showed up to the service call in a timely manner. Alex did most of the servicing, he explained what he was doing and based on the age of the unit and what he observed, gave us his recommendations for servicing and repair. Of course our unit was on its best behavior when they got there but Alex explained how the furnace and AC Unit work in tandem and what may have potentially made the crazy sounds. He was very fourth coming with educating us and answering our questions. Upon arrival both Alex and Robert wore masks and when Alex entered our house to check the furnace, which is located

Kieanta came to service our AC today in Brentwood, CA. Hes a super cool dude with a ton of knowledge about how our AC unit works. He takes his time to help explain all of his processes thoroughly, and even takes the time to show you exactly how the units hes installed work and what they do. Most of the time when you have your AC serviced, you dont get a full run down on what was the exact issue, and how that issue was resolved. Best Company ever. Our whole family loves Victor from Elite Comfort Systems. We were stuck in 100 degree heat with no A/C and were told it would be three days before anyone could come. Victor called the next morning and was out the same day and fixed everything. He never gave up. Super polite and a hard worker. The Kraeber family only uses Elite!!

I called and spoke to Victor after 8pm on a week night. By early afternoon the next day, he had sent technician, Kieanta.
Kieanta was very professional, honest, and very thorough. He walked us through the entire process of what was needed to repair my air conditioner. He got my system up and running in less than an hour. We signed up for the company's service plan, which is very reasonable compared to other companies we had spoken to prior in the week. We highly recommend Elite Comfort Systems. Ask for Kieanta, he's Awesome!
