Micah troubleshot my WiFi and mesh network problems and got everything up and working. Hes the type of person who will study and analyze your Wifi system with great determination and tenacity, refusing to leave your problem unresolved. He is also willing to communicate directly with ATT or Comcast if it turns out that a glitch originates there.
Hes smart and knows what hes doing. Additionally, hes friendly and has a great sense of humor.
