I purchased the Red Wing 8864 and I love the boot. Its the limited edition with Gore-Tex. This boot is in high demand, but Dee, the manager of Red Wing Midlothian, was able to locate my size. She requested the boot the Monday after Christmas and it arrived as she said. The sales person, Mitchel, was very polite and professional the entire time. Including during the purchasing when I paid with multiple gift cards and cash. The team at Red Wing Midothian are excellent representatives of the Red Wing Brand as they are at Brook Road and Chester.

Bought a pair of $230 Irish Setters work boots, was told that we could bring them back if they did not fit well. Wore once and did not fit well and was told that the Irish Setters were non returnable. I talked to the manager tge next day and they made it right.

I went in to get a pair of new work boots. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Brandon. I told him what I needed in a boot. He didnt ask me to repeat any of it, and took me to exactly what I needed. He was also aware enough that my previous pair were also Redwings, and suggested that Redwing could repair them. Polite, clear, and attentive! Hard to find now a days! Thank you for a great experience Brandon!

I must say that the customer service at Redwing Shoes is top notch. The employees are vet knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy if you arent buying. They are also helpful when you bring your shoes in to be serviced, etc. I had heard great things about the store and the quality of the product they sold. I have a right heel that has had surgery and my shoes wear differently on that heel, leaning out. I usually buy wide width shoes because my right foot is wide than my left. At Redwing they didnt have wide width in the shoes I was interested in, which were Vasque low top hiking shoes. I

This was an awesome experience from the moment I walked in the store till I sadly needed to go. I just bought the most comfortable boots I have ever walked in. The service rep was knowledgeable and was honest about the right boot for my needs. Yes, these boots also cost me more then I have ever spent on any footwear but I am confident they will be worth every penny. Thank you for the all around amazing experience!!
