I absolutely love this place. I went there for baseball equipment for my sons. They had left-handed and right-handed gloves and the management was very helpful and directed me to what I needed. There were a wide range of options for baseball and t-ball and I saw a decent amount of football equipment.

I have to buy PE uniforms for a Hancock Day School from Thompson's for my son. Today I visited the store, the only 2 youth medium shirts they had were defective (stitching was unraveling), a member of staff said they'd screen print new ones but then the owner/most senior member of staff said about my son and I "they can't just come in here and purchase, they have to order online". Very unprofessional, poor customer service. A tip - if you're going to be rude about your customers at least do it out of earshot.

Went in to Thompson's and no one acknowledged my presence. I was ready to check out and 2 associates at the front looked directly at me and kept talking. I put what I had down and left.

Terrible customer service! Didn't replaced a item that never came in the mail....mind you, after they acknowledged how "goofy the usps is and how they often make mistakes"

Love working with the staff at Thompson's they make everything so easy to handle. They even go the extra mile or two to make your life easier in stressful situations. I would never do business with anyone else in Savannah.
