Coco Lash Beauty Bar is locally-owned and operated by Elli Bell, a licensed medical aesthetician and permanent make up artist. She has worked in the aesthetic field for the last 9 years, assisting plastic surgeons and cosmedic dermatologists. Elli earned multiple certificates in cosmetic procedures including lasers, Cool Sculpting, Ulthera, chemical peels, radio frequency and oxygen treatments.
