London's Ultimate Catering is a small, local company that delivers quality events thanks to our years of experience. A 1995 Gonzaga University graduate with business degrees she moved to Japan, traveled the world, and decided to call Spokane home again in 2002. In 2007 she traded in her banker's suit for a kitchen apron opening London's Ultimate Catering.

Being downtown is paramount to servicing our clients and what better place to be in than a historical building with beautiful event spaces. Riverside Place is a turn of the century majestic building overlooking the river in the downtown historical district of Spokane.
