Craft Brewery & Taproom in Scottsbluff, NE
Since 2018, Flyover Brewing Company has pioneered craft brewing in the Nebraska Panhandle, combining local ingredients with professional expertise to create distinctive beers. Our brewery uses equipment crafted in Lincoln, Nebraska, and sources malt and adjuncts like locally grown sugar beets to reflect regional character in every batch. Led by an award-winning brewer with extensive industry experience, we produce both traditional lagers and ales alongside innovative, locally inspired brews. Located in a renovated downtown Scottsbluff building, our taproom offers an urban craft beer experience paired with a patio view of small-town charm. Our second location, Hangar 39 in Potter, Nebraska, expands this unique experience within a vintage mechanic garage setting.

We prioritize community engagement through private events in our Atrium space, accommodating intimate gatherings up to 65 guests. Our commitment to quality extends to house-made seltzers and a menu of elevated pub fare that complements our beer selection. Customer testimonials consistently highlight our exceptional service, diverse beer offerings, and the welcoming atmosphere that defines our brand. With operations Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-11pm, we serve both local patrons and travelers along I-80 seeking authentic craft brewing experiences.

I was on my way to Safeway to get some groceries so I could cook me something to eat but saw this place and decided to stop. I had the salmon salad which was awesome, along with some Asian and dry rub wings which were good. I like my wings fried hard, but I must admit that these wings were perfectly juicy and seasoned well. I would have to say that I enjoyed the dry rub wings the best because they were spicy and I REALLY loved the salmon salad. I had the strawberry hard cider which was a perfect compliment to my order. Added to my favorites and please support local establishments! Cheers!

We went to eat with my daughter in law and two grandkids 2-4 and were seated at 6:00pm and at least 4 tables that came in after us got their food before we did and didnt end up getting our food until 7:30pm. Which is a long time to wait for a pizza. We also ordered a appetizer (bacon wrapped dates). And never received them.

After a long drive from Omaha was really excited to try this new pizza place in my hometown. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Husband called to see what the hold up was. Was told it was our wings. Finally it was delivered. Wings hot. Pizza ice cold. Good thing our hotel had a microwave. Would have called to complain but not living nearby what could offer??? Another pizza with 2 hour delivery time?????

Food and beer and server / staff were 5 star. I tried a flight and liked them all but really enjoyed the Nebraska Pale Ale. Bought some to take home. A great brew pub experience in a smaller out of the way town.
