I have been receiving counseling services from here for a couple of years now. First for my son and now for me. Our therapist, Jorge, is amazing. He is very professional and smart. He really cares and explains everything so well. He takes notes so that every time we meet, he knows exactly where we are. It's been a true blessing for me. He also helped my son to learn how to deal with his anger and my son really enjoyed his time during therapy. At first he didn't want to do therapy, but at the end, he missed his sessions when it was over.

Family Houston has been an amazing resource in my time of need.
Ms. Judy Vo is amazing, compassionate, a great listener, and makes an effort to care for as many areas of your life such as physical health, relationships, well being, etc. I got great information from her on job leads, job searching tips, affordable health care resources. I cannot say enough about Family Houston! I would highly recommend it.

Horrible service from your incompetent staff who have zero sensitivity training and zero compassion. I was referred to you. Glad I did not follow through. You deserve zero stars.

Update on my previous review. My bf and I went here for his counseling session it was a clean nice office with friendly workers.they suggested we dont have couples counseling because we argued over things.Although I desperately wanted to fix the lack of communication in our relationship.I agreed with the therapist that this wasnt the perfect time. From hindsight they were correct.its a great place to seek help.idk what kind of advice they give but maybe it will work for you.i spoke with the head chair and she agreed we were not a best fit for couples counseling and I agree with their standards

Very helpful and a great resource for families in the Houston area. I highly recommend the therapist and as a result of the success of my visits I am looking into other programs and services that are provided by the organization.

I started going to Family Services of Greater Houston about 4years age after a almost successful suicide attempt for counseling and I really didn't expect much because I had been to many other places and had thought that it was STUPID but it didn't take me long to figure out that this place was a whole lot different from anywhere else I had ever been before. My counselor was awesome. She was caring, kind and empathetic. It wasn't long before she had me opening up and if I couldn't get something out she always knew just what to do that would bring me out again. It's an amazing place for people who
