I have worked for Nation Wide Office Care for over five years. Great company to work for I have never had a bad experience with anyone I’ve dealt with throughout the company Great People. I’ve worked for other cleaning companies in the past and nationwide Definitely sets the bar for wanting to keep our customers happy and provide them with quality work. Lady that answers the phone under the name of "Mary" has an attitude and is not the most helpful person. You ask a question and she answers with sarcasm as she tries to be professional. I simply asked when a document was going to be sent out and she answered with a "we can not control the mail". My question was not on if she could or could not control the mail. I assume she can not due to her not working for a mail carrier. I have heard other people complain about her lack of professionalism and today it was my turn to experience it.

We had our (residential) windows cleaned...the gentleman that came out was very kind and professional. He did an amazing job! We also received wonderful service from their marketing manager as well. He was very responsive and provided great customer service.
