At Northwest Pediatricians, you're part of our family. As a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), we take a team approach and build a strong network of care for our patients and their families. All of our providers and staff care for your children like they were our own, treating the whole child, not just individual symptoms.
At Northwest Pediatrics, we believe that well child visits are the foundation for keeping your child healthy, happy, and strong. Well visits are a time to check in on developmental milestones and keep up with required immunizations, as well as to communicate any concerns with your child's team. And as always, Northwest Pediatrics' family focus helps make office visits pleasant and stress-free for everyone.

About Us
Report
Dr. Janet Dees established Northwest Pediatrics in 2001, with herself as the only doctor. The practice has flourished and has now expanded to include five board-certified pediatricians, five nurse practitioners, and two physician's assistants, as well as an exceptional clinical staff of nurses and medical assistants who help in all areas of patient care.
Adolescent Clinic
Report
At Northwest Pediatrics we believe that teenagers and young adults can have special healthcare needs. We now offer a clinic that will help them as they transition into this exciting and sometimes difficult time of life. We have dedicated providers, staff, waiting room, and clinic space to best accommodate our patients ages 12-21.
Routine Wellness Exams
Report
That's why we follow the American Academy of Pediatrics' recommended schedule of well-child visits (AKA check-ups). After age three, we expect to do yearly checkups to maintain continuity of care and shepherd your child through all stages of health and development. As Northwest Pediatrics is your child's medical home, these check-ups allow our providers to better coordinate your child's care.
Same Day Sick Appointments
Report
Northwest Pediatrics knows that when your child is sick, nothing is more important than getting them the care they need as soon as possible. If your child is experiencing one or more of these symptoms, please call us at 336-605-0190 to schedule a sick visit, and one of our providers will see you as soon as possible.
Nutrition Guidance
Report
Parents have questions, and Northwest Pediatrics has answers and guidance. From lactation support to teenage body image issues, our providers help parents and children make the best nutritional choices for their health. These may include vitamin and supplement recommendations, food allergy management, and other special diet concerns.
