Not friendly, quite stuck up and actually annoyed when customer is asking for Help. The level of customer service is just not there, does not match with the prices and the quality of inventory they sell. One would expect insincere and rude service at Wings but not at Atlantic Beach Surf Shop. They should be more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Ownership/management needs to do a better job training their staff. Disappointing. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Best surf shop in Eastern NC. Chuck worked with me and was very helpful to a 44 year old father that has not surfed in 30 plus years. A lot has changed in yhe world of surfing yet the people are still the same. He was able to get me and my daughter on the right boards so I could teach her how to surf. A plus for these guys; a family owned and family ran business. Thanks again....

Great store with quality products for women, men, and kids. Huge selection of shoes including rainbow flip flops, hey dudes, Sperry and more. They carry a selection of Lilly Pultzer, Patagonia, Roxy, Yeti, billabong, and a lot more. The AB surf shop t-shirt is a beach trip staple. They also have probably the largest selection of sun glasses around.

I have always really enjoyed the inventory here. That being said, the place is quite expensive. I recently purchased a pair of expensive chubbies here, and after wearing them in water found out they turned into a star spangled catastrophe of a print when wet. Nothing noted on the bathing suit when purchasing.I decided to try and go discuss if I could receive a store credit as I had purchased, in my opinion, a suit I should be thrilled to have, and unfortunately that was not the case. Was blatantly told they didnt know it changed appearance when wet, couldnt sell something worn, and that they
