It was an extremely pleasant experience. The waiting room environment was comfortable and quiet. From the moment I was brought back from the waiting room everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and professional. Options were explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered. They were absolutely amazing. I went in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had this really horrible tooth ace from a tooth I just got filled and they pulled it out for me. I'm a big baby and they didn't judge me for being upset about loosing my first tooth as an adult. It takes a lot of lidocaine to numb my mouth, but the doctor didn't pull it until he made sure I was numb (9 shots later). The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions without making it seem like it was an inconvenience. I had to take my son with me and they were accommodating for
