Report
Mr. Sheehan cannot begin work on your case until he has received all of these items. If you do not have either a copy of the ticket, or written notice of your Contested Hearing date, please be sure to provide Mr. Sheehan with your case information by answering the questions on the bottom of our "Fee Agreement."
Fees
Report
Mr. Sheehan charges flat fees, not hourly fees. Flat fees provide more certainty and, in many cases, better value for clients. When an attorney charges hourly fees, clients do not know how much the attorney's services will cost them until the end of the case. With flat fees, clients know exactly how much Mr. Sheehan's services will cost them up front, when they hire him.
Why Hire an Attorney
Report
Whether minor or serious, a traffic ticket can have a far-reaching effect on your life. Beyond expensive traffic ticket fines, the prospect of higher insurance premiums can turn a simple mistake into a lasting burden. Some may face a license suspension, criminal record, or even the loss of their job.
