Artistic Expressions is the creation of two sisters. We have enjoyed providing Professional Custom Framing services for over 20 years in the Heart of Oviedo, Florida and to our surrounding neighbors. Fun, Friendly and a Fantastic designer. Lisa Chiodini has worked in the design field for over 25 years both nationally and internationally.
