Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of the roll-off container and agrees to additional charges if the container contains unacceptable materials. Any overweight citations or legal jedgments against LMTH while hauling from the customer's site are the responsability of the customer.
Customer will notify LMTH when container is ready for pick-up. The rental period 30 days $10 per day after 30 days or $150 per 30 additional days, customer will be charged $35 for all returned checks.
