Adult Krav Maga

Learn the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Our Adult Krav Maga program teaches efficient, no-nonsense tactics emphasizing instinctive movements and realistic training scenarios. Improve physical fitness while mastering practical self-defense techniques trusted by law enforcement and military personnel across the US through USKMA-certified instruction.

Mastro Defence System

Train in Fred Mastro's specialized defense system developed through 20+ years of close protection experience. MDS focuses on real-world survival skills including knife defense, improvised weapons, and empty-hand combat tailored for everyday citizens. Our MDS-certified instructors deliver techniques tested in actual security operations across global special units.

Kids Krav Maga

Build confidence and life skills through age-appropriate self-defense training. Our Kids Krav Maga program develops physical coordination, mental focus, and safety awareness in a fun, empowering environment. Children learn practical defense techniques while improving fitness and developing crucial character traits through structured, engaging instruction.

The best self defense class ever. They got my boys into shape and taught real life moves to protect themselves. Took the women's seminar for self defense with my daughter and had a blast. Can't recommend enough!

Mr Chris and Ms Hana are great with my 8 & 7 year olds. They practice discipline and encourage self confidence and overall respect for themselves and each other. Definitely recommend this place.

I searched for a martial arts training center for my son for quite awhile and am so happy we found Self Defense Fit Lab! Cliff, Chris and Hannah are so great with the kids, taking the time to explain the mechanics behind the different moves and why they are important. High expectations and positive reinforcement are woven throughout the training classes. The instructors have trained with the best of Krav Maga and it shows in the quality of teaching and character modeling. My son has been here for almost a year now and loves coming to classes and practicing his moves. I highly recommend Self Defense
