Speech Path OC is considered an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. We are happy to provide an itemized SuperBill with all the appropriate medical ICD-10 codes for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance plan to see if you have out-of-network benefits as we cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement.
