My ac went out on Saturday before last, I called Reliance, their tech, Chris, stayed in touch with us until he was on his way to our house. He did all that could be done to get us back up and running until he came across a problem that couldnt be repaired. Chris explained to my daughter and I what he found but left the decision up to me. There was a deadly potential if he turned it back on. My whole heat and ac had to be replaced. I got a quote from Reliance, they brought the new system on Tuesday morning. I have the utmost respect for this Company and their staff, especially Chris Clark.
