Services
Custom Essence Formulas
Custom essence formulas use frequency attunement to create personalized healing blends. We combine protection, tree, and plant essences to address specific energetic needs. Each formula includes detailed usage instructions and journaling guidance for tracking progress.
Energy Healing Sessions
Energy healing sessions focus on restoring balance through reiki and energy hygiene practices. We help clients reconnect with their natural energy flow while maintaining practitioner responsibility. Sessions address both immediate concerns and long-term energetic patterns.
Oracle Readings
Oracle readings provide spiritual insights using an essence-based deck. Available as audio or video sessions, they offer guidance without physical essence consumption. Readings help clients understand energetic patterns and make informed decisions about their wellness journey.
Natural Health Consultations
Natural health consultations take a multidimensional approach to wellness. We help clients understand their health choices while maintaining alignment with medical professionals. Sessions focus on intuitive clarity and practical strategies for achieving wellness goals.
Flower Essence Training
Flower essence training programs develop practitioner skills in essence creation and application. Our curriculum emphasizes energy hygiene and responsible practice. Training includes both theoretical knowledge and practical experience with over 75 different essences.

Very few people have intuitive gifts like Lizzie. I've done years and years of therapy - heck, I'm a therapist myself! - but I've felt immense healing after only a few sessions with Lizzie. Whether you work with her locally or via zoom, you will receive divine gifts and deeper spiritual understandings in your work with her. Highly recommend that you seek her counsel.

Lizzie has earned way more than 5 stars. I've been going to her for a variety of services for over a year. Each session or service is outstandingly powerful in its own way, whether it's been a healing package to address some major issues, flower essences for a gentle shift, mentorship in my own healing journey, reiki, intuitive insight, or channeling. I've felt her healing energy profoundly.
