At first, they were really good but as time got closer to the end of the one-year things started not to be so good. September we started having issues with the screen door leaking on the inside around the glass it is clearly a manufacturing issue but when I texted Tyler to let him know he said he would let Bobby know and nothing was said or done so I contacted Tyler again and told him that it is leaking and going to cause issues with the door frame and he said again he would tell Bobby. Clayton homes came out and the guy tried to fix the screen door but was still leaking puddles of water and I

I wish I would have seen these reviews before we got started all I can say at this point is it is a complete train wreck nothing but lies lies lies took my money delivered our home with unspeakable damage been two months nothing finished unable to move in, these people are total crooks will update soon.

Friendly greeting from Stefon as soon as we walked in. He listened to what my friends wanted, showed them what he had in the lot, and then gave them a virtual tour of another floor plan they really liked. Even told them about other dealers in the area. That's confidence! Very professional! I have a feeling they'll be back to deal with him. Thank you!

I went to Jerry in June and attempted to purchase a home. Had my preapproval and all. When he had the majority of my money there was constant communication but that changed. He overcharged then he took my money and wont give it back because the home is NOT READY. The home on East Lydia hwy. you just dont do people wrong
