Mays Paving did poor work on a driveway repair on March 25, promised to fix it on March 27 or 28, and still has not shown up to do the work (it is now May 16). My husband was fed up and apparently made the receptionist angry--she hung up on him. I tried giving the office a call, hoping that maybe I could de-escalate the situation and make some sense of this runaround we are getting, because at this point I would actually prefer to just get a refund and hire a more reliablecompany to do the work. However, the receptionist was on the warpath with me once she figured out who I was. She was very articulate

Beware, do not use this company at any costs. Read the other one star reviews, there is a pattern. If you have a issue with the work being performed, you will never get it rectified. My driveway was paved as I was out of town and out of good faith I paid them once they said work was done. When I arrived home two days later I immediately let them know the asphalt they laid was not right as it was like a sponge when I stepped on it. They said they would send someone out that day. They never showed. Within a week, the asphalt was destroyed. Two months later and no resolution. They will make up excuses
