At Vita Nova Massage, which translates to "New Life, " I create a relaxing and therapeutic massage for clients needing pain and stress management. With over five years of experience and continuing education, I can blend many techniques to benefit a client's goals. No session will ever be the same. From stretching to hot stones, cupping, and deep-tissue movements, I mix and match until you find your zen.
I focus on your breathing and changes in muscle tone to guide me as well as periodic communication. My practice is inside a wellness center called The Healing House. It's a beautiful and safe space filled with many independent beauticians and practitioners. At this time, I am a one-woman operation and a new mama.

I chose massage therapy because I wanted a career that involved little sitting yet allowed me to help people one on one. Spending my teenage years in Italy taught me the importance of taking the time to be present. Whether it was going for long scenic walks, traveling with family, or sharing a pizza with friends, I made time for my bliss.

Each session is prioritized with some time to learn about your goals and massage preferences. It's also important to be aware of any current or new health conditions or allergies so we can plan accordingly. Periodic communication during the session is encouraged so that I can adjust anything to your comfort level.
Studio Policies

Vita Nova Massage PLLC charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A credit card on file is required to reserve a session. Late clients will not receive their full time. Sudden illness will require a doctor's note from new clients or regulars who frequently cancel.
