I recently discovered BuyWise Mortgage on youtube while researching something unrelated to home loans. Since rates are at an all time low, I've been exploring options for refinancing my loan. After watching the youtube video of Josh and Jeb Smith, I decided to contact BuyWise to see if a refi would be beneficial.

Very happy with Josh and his team. I found Josh a few years ago after being declined repeatedly by various mortgage companies because of my student loans. I must have applied to at least 5 different companies who initially assured me that I could be approved to refinance, and after spending a lot of time submitting documents (and once even spending money on an appraisal) I was ultimately denied because the other companies did not know how to calculate my student loans that I am paying under IBR. I found Josh after I stumbled upon articles online on how IBR payments should be calculated. He
