Dr. Ungar is available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses. Our practice specializes in general foot care. Please call our office in Farmington (248) 477-3301 for an appointment. Ankle sprains are caused by an unnatural twisting or force on the ankle bones of the foot, often resulting in one or more ligaments on the outside of the ankle to be stretched or torn.

Dr. David Ungar received his undergraduate education from Wayne State University. He then went on to complete podiatric medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatry Medicine, earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
