Hidden from the main road, we are conveniently located right in the middle of the North Fork Wine Country. Opened in 2008, The Red Rooster Bistro is decorated in a relaxed French country setting. Chef/Owner Nick Nikolov offers traditional French and American cuisine, with some Bulgarian dishes added for good measure.

5 months of aging sur lie (on the lees), in French Oak barrels, gives this easy-drinking Chardonnay a satisfying opening scent of buttered toast wafting up out of the glass, followed by delicate flavors of honeysuckle and apricot that dance on the palate, with almost a hint of effervescence as it finishes.
