Chronic Pain Management
Our chronic pain management program addresses long-term conditions through comprehensive evaluation and tailored treatment plans. We utilize advanced diagnostics to identify pain sources, implementing interventional techniques like nerve blocks and spinal injections while minimizing medication reliance. Patients benefit from coordinated care with specialists in physical therapy and behavioral health to achieve sustainable pain reduction and improved functionality.
Interventional Treatments
Specialized interventional procedures target pain at its source using cutting-edge techniques. Our board-certified physicians perform treatments such as radiofrequency ablation, epidural injections, and spinal cord stimulation to provide lasting relief. These procedures focus on reducing inflammation, blocking pain signals, and promoting natural healing through precise, image-guided interventions that avoid traditional surgery.
Diagnostic Testing
Accurate diagnosis forms the foundation of effective pain treatment. We offer comprehensive diagnostic services including electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction studies, and advanced imaging interpretation. These tests help identify nerve damage, muscle disorders, and structural abnormalities causing pain, enabling creation of targeted treatment strategies tailored to each patient's specific condition.
Spinal Injections
Targeted spinal injections deliver medication directly to inflamed areas for rapid pain relief. Our specialists use fluoroscopic guidance to administer epidural steroids, facet joint injections, and nerve blocks with precision. These treatments reduce inflammation, improve mobility, and serve as both diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions for back and neck pain conditions.
Rehabilitation Programs
Our rehabilitation approach combines physical therapy with pain management to restore function and prevent recurrence. Customized exercise programs strengthen affected areas while manual therapy techniques improve mobility. Patients receive education on posture, ergonomics, and activity modification to support long-term recovery and maintain improvements achieved through interventional treatments.

Summit Pain Management is where doctors who understand individual problems reside. I always felt like I was put in a box with everyone else and treated as a group, not as an individual with different needs. These doctors are human beings. They treated me like an individual. I was so amazed there were still doctors like them left! I feel so thankful for SPM! It's like day and night to me! Thank You All!.....Joe R

They have done nothing to manage my pain. Wanted me to get my urine checked. Why? Long story short: They discharged me but didn't tell me they had. I found out when I called about an appointment. FINE! I will find someplace else. The staff is not very friendly either

I was with summit pain Management for a number of years. But like the other people say the staff of little 20-year-old girls are very rude. Also if you could show concern about the way you are being treated they kick you out and blackball you so you can never get any help again my opinion stay away from them.

Friendly staff. They are concerned about my treatment and always check at every appointment how much of a percentage my pain meds are helping. Phone nurse is slow to getting back to me on certain issues and may have to call a few times to get answers. I have found much relief for my pain going to Summit. New injection clinic is nice. A bit of a wait to get your injection treatment compared to how they've done things in the past, but I'm sure they are working on it.
