So I initially came here for a windshield crack/chip close to their closing time and they still fit me in so i was already pleased with their service. Then, about two weeks later a rock hit my front door window and shattered it. Being that I already had a good experience here I brought it back and they really surpassed my expectations. First they made the insurance claim process very simple, got the glass the following day and finished it the same day I brought it in. My vehicle had damage on the windshield from a small rock hitting it on the freeway. The individual in charge reviewed the damage and concluded he could probably repair it but noted the damage would not be totally masked. I'm addiction, he wanted me to be aware that the process could result in a complete replacement being required. He noted they did not have any replacement windshields on hand and they may not be able to easily obtain another, given the supply chain issues. What a great experience we had this week with Exceptional Auto Glass...my daughters car was involved in a smash and grab over the weekend. We called Sal first thing Monday morning after doing an on-line inquiry. Sal squeezed us right away the next morning and had my daughters car done by 1p the same day. Had a significant crack in the windshield and reached out for a quote via website. Within minutes had a price quote that was cheaper than ever expected. Great service and much better prices than Safelite. Setting up an appointment was easy and service was quicker than expected. When possible I prefer to shop local, I highly recommend Exceptional for windshield repair/replacement!
