Yes, you may bring in your own item for embroidery work. Please note, there may be a 2% spoilage rate (occasional instances where the machine may jam, etc.). By providing your own products, you assume the risk of any damaged goods. This should be taken into consideration when requesting work on heirloom or one of a kind items.
