Tredegar Construction, LLC was founded when Johnny Olgers and Jack Thompson recognized the need in the marketplace for a construction services company that provided timely communication and quality craftsmanship at an affordable price. The partners have over 35 years of combined construction industry experience, and the Tredegar crews are some of the best in the region.
Johnny grew up in New Kent, VA and graduated from New Kent High School. From the early age of 16, he was working alongside his father framing homes for local builders. It wasn't long before he was running his own crews for all sorts of carpentry related projects. In 2006, Johnny became a Class A contractor and started his own business building and renovating homes.
