We are glad we chose Stover Carpet for our lake house re-carpeting project. Super friendly and helpful from the start. Followed through with estimate and install when scheduled. The secret to a successful carpeting project though is the install process. Their installers Rick and Phillip have upwards of 30 years of experience and their excellent workmanship made our project a success. We will definitely be recommending Stover Carpet to friends and neighbors.

It was our first time using Stover carpet and starting with Carl on picking out carpet and vinyl flooring we were pleased with their service all the way through. If there was a problem they worked through it.

We had successfully used this shop in the past, however, this time we were shortchanged- we picked out tile for a bathroom at the lake and discussed how the tile would be placed in the shower horizontal staggered, even made the comment just like our porch you did , however at the job site they installed the tiles vertical-hello 1990s. They are not customer focused.
