Surf Lessons

One surf lesson with Skookum is equivalent to surfing 10-15 times on your own. Our lessons have been honed over the last dozen years to provide you an accelerated learning experience. The filler has been removed. Our focus is on exactly what you need to get rapidly proficient at surfing; how to move efficiently, catch your own waves (lots of them), be safe and most importantly have fun.

The Long Beach Peninsula is a great place to learn how to surf, it can dish up some really fun beach break and there's always whitewater for the beginner surfer. With 28 miles of drivable sand beach you never have to worry about crowds. Find your own private sandbar or join other surfers at established sandbars like the Seaview Beach Approach or Beards Hollow.
