In order to provide our existing clients with the best possible service, we are not currently accepting new patients. Initial consultations are approximately one hour. During this appointment your doctor will evaluate your pet with both a western medicine and a traditional Chinese medicine approach.

This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care. We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons.
Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a very powerful therapy involving the insertion of tiny needles into certain points on the body that have particular actions. These acupuncture points have been shown to have increased density of nerve bundles. When activated they are able to produce a response in the body such as the release of natural pain killers called endorphins and antidepressant chemicals like serotonin.

Most pets experience positive results in 1 to 3 treatments, with the average course of treatment being 7 to 10 sessions. Swelling is greatly reduced and there is a rapid relief of pain.
