All of our building units have a network of digital security cameras recording on-site activity 24 hours a day/365 days a year.
For extra security our units are fully fenced in with additional lighting that makes your evening access easier and more visible. Temperature Controlled Storage Units average 9 feet high and vary from 5' x 5' up to 10' x 20' wide. Our newest addition to Keene Mini Storage is our temperature controlled storage units that are housed inside our recently constructed building.
When temperatures take a drastic turn, be it hot or cold, these units provide an even environment all year long for your valuable antiques, paintings and items that can be damaged in these types of temperatures.Our temperature controlled storage units also offer Handicapped units for anyone needing assistance in operating the overhead doors.

Our Storage Hints and Packing Tips were created to provide you with information on ways to organize your storage unit and create an efficient way to access your belongings. Begin by making a list of packing accessories: cartons, newspaper/wrapping paper, bubble wrap, tape, drop cloths, pallets, furniture covers and mattress covers, plastic sheeting.
Methods of Payment

Auto-Billing: Keene Mini Storage will take debit or credit card payments by telephone. OR we can keep your credit card on file and make your payment automatically each month on the due date. Once the transaction is complete a receipt will be sent via email or US postal service, whichever you prefer.
Rules and Regulations

To make your use of our space a smooth and pleasant experience, we have some rules to live by. If everybody abides, our service will be super, your goods will be stored better, and you'll be happier using this self-storage center. Rent for the month is due on the anniversary of each month. A late charge will be due and payable on the 10th day after due date, so please be prompt.
