I purchased a home from this company, but had a different realtor. It can with a year warranty, being a new development. Out of the several things wrong, only a few were fixed. One was fix by me and my father, though the expenses were covered by them. How can you build a house and not be able to fix it? Mind you all of this was before covid-19. I purchased a shed about 7 months ago and put it by my tree line, because I was told I owned everything up to the tree line. The realtor showed me a PVA of the property and showed me all that I "owned". Turns out a PVA is NOT a legal document and is only
