Elmira is the best of the best! I don't write many reviews but I feel like I should share this time. I was recommended to Elmira through my friend. I have been to a couple different lash places before I found her, and honestly she is the greatest. She does such a great job and really cares about making your lashes look flawless.

My Eye Lashes were Twice as full Than Before and theyy also didn't come off until she promised me.
