Our office manager, Mrs. Tiffany Aviles, or better known as just 'Tiffer' is a kind, knowledgeable, and caring lady who is responsible for keeping our office running smoothly and overseeing that both patients and staff have full support in all their needs.
A graduate of Kaplan University in 2009, her clinical experience includes two years of working in the field of pulmonology, prior to joining her first love in the field of obstetrics and Gynecology, which she has now worked in for the past nine years.

There is a $25 charge for no-shows. Unanticipated no-shows increase the overall wait time for appointments and disrupt the doctor schedules. We will contact you the day before to remind you of your appointment and you can cancel or reschedule if necessary. We strive to stay on schedule throughout the day.

Dr. Firouzbakht is the MOST attentive, reassuring OBGYN. I had switched from a place that I used for years that suddenly made me feel like they rushed everything and didn’t care about their patients. Dr. Firouzbakht TAKES HER TIME to hear you out on everything and to help you. She doesn’t just rush through appointments and takes her time with each patient. She is very thorough, caring and nurturing. I’m so very happy with her and her office. I wish I found her years ago for my first born. We need more OBGYNs like her!!

First doctor to recognize and notice my uterus had an abnormal shape and walk us through all processes with detailed information, easing my anxiety. Her energy and personality is the best! You won’t find anyone like her! To top it off she has the best staff around! Jaden, Shawna and Lily are so wonderful and made me feel like family! You really can’t find better quality people. I will always recommend Dr.Firouzbakht and her practice.

Finding a great Dr is a rarity these days. Finding a great Dr with equally wonderful office staff is even more of a lost treasure and Dr Firouzbakht's office is both of these things; I cannot recommend her highly enough. I came to her in July 2020 when I found out I was pregnant with our first baby after a horrible experience at another OB's office. The difference between these two offices was night and day even in just the booking of my first appointment. Through Dr Firouzbakht's attentive care our daughter was welcomed into this world on February 6th, and it was not an uneventful journey to her

I love her! She has always been amazing and caring. The only down side that some people complain about is the wait time when attending an appointment but thats because she’s passionate and leaves no stone unturned. She literally answers all of your questions and you walk away well informed. I am unsure how long I’ve been her patient but it’s been over 3 years now. I recommend her to friends and family all the time because she’s amazing!

All doctors should be this amazing! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Firouzbakht’s for over 10 years and she’s always a pleasure to see. As soon as she comes into the room, it’s like visiting an old friend and getting the best care and advice for any concerns you have. From, gynecological procedures, to well woman exams and delivering my baby girl in my 40’s, she does it all with great skill and genuine care for your well-being. We love you Dr. F!

Dr. Firouzbakht and her team were nothing short of amazing! This was my first time at a gynecologist and I was beyond nervous. I went in for an annual womens check up and then came back to get an IUD. The appointments were easy to make and I had no wait time. During both visits, every staff member I met was incredibly kind and caring. The hospitality and ability to make me feel so comfortable is what really stood out to me. Dr. Firouzbakht loves what she does and it shows.
