Appointments and Fees
Report
In order to reserve your initial appointment, a credit card must be left on file. If you fail to show up for your initial appointment or cancel/reschedule less than 2 full business days in advance, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. Dr. Stahl does not double book appointments.
Prior to Your Initial Visit

It is recommended that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to take care of initial paperwork and payment. For your convenience, you can download the initial information packet and complete it prior to your visit. You may also pick it up from our office prior to the day of your appointment.
