Dr. Kathy Phan is a native of Chicago, IL. She holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. Prior to her education there, she attended Temple University where she received her BS in Biochemistry. Dr. Phan has been an independent optometrist at 20/20 Vision Care, LLC affiliated with Target Optical in Schaumburg, IL for over 11 years.
