East Valley Yamaha Music School
Watch any two year old bopping around to Itsy Bitsy Spider and that truth becomes evident. So how do we connect the innate delight a child has in listening to music, to a newfound delight in playing and creating music? A journey that respects the unique way children learn- with open minds, unencumbered by pre-conceived notions.

A journey that unravels the mysteries of what they're hearing. Where they share their own music and grow with friends, until their own creativity takes hold. It's why our students have gone on to become professional musicians, Juilliard graduates, and world-renowned classical and jazz pianists. Join us at East Valley Yamaha Yamaha Music School and watch your child love playing music.

About Us
Report
The Yamaha courses began in the mid-1950s in Japan under the direction of Mr. Gen'ichi Kawakami. Mr. Kawakami believed his company was responsible not only for making a quality product, but also for teaching customers how to use the product. Consequently, he established the non-profit Yamaha Music Foundation (YMF) in 1966 for the purpose of developing and promoting music education and music popularization activities internationally.
Classes
Report
This comprehensive foundation gives a lifetime of love and involvement in music to your child. Children explore how the language of music works in an engaging setting with their friends. Beginning to advanced students learn violin techniques and engage with different styles of songs. Beginning and intermediate students develop technique in classical and musical theatre styles.
