The Kingston Group is a residential construction and remodeling firm based in Nashville. We provide custom building, remodeling, maintenance and community restorations for Homeowners, Realtors and Property Managers throughout Middle Tennessee. Childhood friends Ricky Scott and Robbie Edwards started The Kingston Group, in 2007, the year the Nashville real estate market collapsed.
Despite the bad timing, The Kingston Group held strong with a grounded and risk-averse approach to business growth. Even though the industry was suffering, The Kingston Group added customers and revenue. From the beginning, the business focus has been on building a strong team and its core competencies - remodeling, additions, and custom building.

We do give free estimates, but on large projects estimates are just that - estimates. If our estimate is in line with your budget and you like our construction process we take a security deposit and begin developing the scope of work and final fixed pricing. During this due diligence period we often put upwards of 30 man hours into your job.

If we are a good fit, enter a design agreement wherein we learn all that we can about your home and your specific goals. Through a sophisticated feasibility study and diligent process, we will deliver construction drawings, a detailed scope of work, and a project bid. Thoroughly review our proposal, make any necessary adjustments, and move confidently toward a fixed-price, build contract.
