After Building and Installing Fences for Over 30 Years, Gary Bellar Founded Quality Fence and Deck Right Here in Tennessee. When he was 28 years old, the Navy took him to Virginia. There, he started Gary's Fence Co. - a business that he operated for over 20 years. In 2012, he decided to come home to Tennessee and start Quality Fence and Deck in his hometown of Murfreesboro.
