Dr. Korber received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas and later graduated with honors from University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. Dr. Korber is a board-certified ophthalmologist, so you can have confidence that he meets the nationally recognized standards for education, knowledge and experience.

The purpose of your lens is to bend (refract) light rays that come into the eye to help you see. Your own lens should be clear, but as a cataract progresses, especially after age 50, it becomes cloudier.
