Very disappointed with the management and false information this office has given me. When scheduling my initial appointment I had given them all of the information for my insurance (I had health and vision) and they informed me that everything would be covered by insurance. Months after the appointment I received a bill in the mail and after contacting the office they informed me that the lady who gave me that information was fired but I was still going to be required to pay the bill. The new lady told me she would look into and give me a call back however I never received a call back. I then

Dr Korber is a highly experienced Surgeon that treats his patients with the utmost respect , relieves their fears by his quiet bedside manner while talking and explaining his procedures. I have a condition with my eyes (Strabismus) that should make it difficult for any Doctor to access what needs to be done and not just send you to someone else to do it. Dr Korber took me on and didnt blink, no problem, Such confidence. He performed Cataract surgery on both eyes, of course my fear was, what happens when my eyes start moving like they always do involuntarily while he is operating with the knife

1st Dr Korbers office did NOT tell me they wouldnt file for refraction on my insurance & I had an unnecessary out of pocket expense & almost lost out on a years worth of corrected vision. Then when they did refract me they prescribed readers & left off distance vision all together. I had to go to a totally different dr & luckily I had gone to visionworks that guaranteed a 60 day correction policy
I also went for a blepharoplasty workup & he did not tape my eyes to document that I would be able to see better if I had that surgery. I was totally disappointed in their services all the way around
