Tess has her kids with her most of the time on the job so youre not going to get quality service. My wig was thrown together, poorly stitched and I was left out of 1k. The hair is a decent quality but she stitched the wig so poorly that I had to pay someone else to redo it and when I brought it to her attention she brushed it off and said oh thats nothing I can just resew it down. Why not do it right the first time??? Not even considering my valuable time and money spent. She did not fully cover the wig cap so I had to go back and request more tracks to be added which she charged me an additional

Horrible experience buying hair from this company. Website is very misleading regarding bundle(s). I ordered MINK hair and clearly got Brazilian hair. NOT THE SAME. The owner Cornelius Redding is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DRAMATIC wont let you finish a sentence when being asked a question and overall very hostile and aggressive. I recently installed the hair and its pure TRASH just like the owner. DO BETTER SIR!

This closure she sold me for 165$ is bogus its a mixed blend so the knots wont bleach did it over three times anywhere I part doesnt even come out straight I would never buy hair here again and I strongly recommend against buy hair from this spot. Not only was the closure bogus she was super rude!!!!!
