Steroid Injections
Our steroid injections target inflammation in joints, nerves, and soft tissues using precise imaging guidance. Patients receive customized treatment plans for conditions like arthritis, sciatica, and spinal stenosis. This non-surgical option provides measurable pain relief while maintaining safety through controlled administration.
Radiofrequency Ablation
Radiofrequency ablation offers long-term pain relief by disrupting pain signal transmission through targeted heat application. We use this technique for chronic back, neck, and joint pain management. The minimally invasive procedure typically allows immediate return to normal activities with sustained benefits.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal cord stimulation uses implantable devices to modulate pain signals for complex chronic pain conditions. Our specialists program personalized settings for optimal pain control. This advanced treatment option works particularly well for failed back surgery syndrome and neuropathic pain.
Minimally Invasive Surgery
Our minimally invasive surgical options include Intracept and Vertiflex procedures for structural spinal pain. These techniques use small incisions and specialized instruments to reduce recovery time. Patients typically experience faster healing compared to traditional open surgeries while maintaining effectiveness.
Diagnostic Injections
Diagnostic injections help identify specific pain sources through targeted anesthetic application. We use these procedures to create accurate treatment plans for complex pain conditions. The controlled approach ensures precise localization of pain generators in spinal and joint structures.
