Our brand-new houseboats sleep up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and complete kitchen facilities. Equipped with air conditioning, heating, and lower helm steering, these vessels feature party decks with gas grills for optimal lake enjoyment. Three-day, four-day, and seven-day rental options accommodate weekend getaways or extended vacations on the water.
Pontoon Boat Rentals
Double-deck pontoon boats with water slides provide family-friendly recreation on Sutton Lake. Available in premium and standard models, these rental vessels accommodate group outings with safety-certified equipment. Half-day and full-day rental periods allow flexible scheduling for daytime adventures or sunset cruises.
Slip Rentals
We lease wet slips with shore power and water hookups for seasonal or temporary boat storage. Our 230-slip facility includes 100 electrified docks meeting marine electrical standards. Monthly, weekly, and daily rental rates vary by boat size up to 35 feet, with priority slip assignment for new customers.
Water Toy Rentals

We decided to have one last family fun day before summer fades into autumn. We have never been here but it looked like the perfect place to have some fun in the sun. We rented a pontoon with 2 decks and 2 slides and added on a paradise pad. The boat had a bathroom, trash can, life jackets, seating, Bluetooth and the slides had water running down them. We absolutely had the best time here. The lake was beautiful and clean with lots of places to swim, dock to explore and check out the cliffs. We intend on being repeat guests. We rented a pontoon boat for our family (9 people). Everything was super easy, clear, and professional. The boat we rented was in great shape and performed well. Our experience from check in to checkout was fantastic. I will totally be renting again!

The owners of this business are taking advantage of the local community in a time of need. Rella buys all the properties she can that are delinquent on taxes. During a global pandemic, where many of your friends and neighbors are struggling with unemployment and unforeseen medical needs, these people are making offers on the courthouse steps for properties that people depend on. This is despicable, profiting off the less fortunate, in a time of desperate need. Shame on you, I will not patronize your business again, and I will make everyone I can aware of your lack of standards and compassion.

Great place for a day trip or rent a houseboat and stay overnight. They have many different types of Watercraft Rentals & we chose the Craig Cat. It was fun cruising around on the little 2-Seater checking out the lake!

Fantastic lake, friendly staff, fun activities!
Rented a pontoon boat and had such a blast that we came back for another visit. Rented a Craigcraft and took one day just to splash in the water at the beach area. So many options and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own serenity!
