I'm an HVAC Manager with 20+ years as a technician. My wife and I just bought a house in the Hill Country with a brand new unit installed by a fumbling idiot (as near as I can tell). The house came with a home warranty. When the unit broke, the home warranty company wouldn't let me fix it myself. I wouldn't get reimbursed for anything if I worked on it. Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly late one afternoon. Called our air conditioning company we have used for years only to find out they no longer were in the air conditioning business. Looked up companies on Google and found State Aire. Called, told them our problem and was told a technician would be out about 4:00. Eric called around 4:00 to say he was on his way out. He got here, found out the problem, showed us the parts he would need to replace (and he had them), installed them, waited to see if the AC was cooling. It was. Good job, Eric.

We've had really good experiences with State Aire. They are prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Mario came out today for annual maintenance on our attic heater and central A/C. He is very professional and personable. Mario previously installed our Nest smart thermostat, which is still working great. Highly recommend State Aire.
