Great service with knowledgeable professionals. Cameron came out for an inspection /cleaning and provided great feedback and advice for moving forward - not to mention very friendly and respectful of our home. Confirmed multiple times that our pets wouldn't try to escape while he moved in and out of the front door. We'll be using Mountain Hearth & Patio for our wood burning insert.

I had Mountain Man Fireplace come to my home (Evergreen Hiwan Ridge) to check out my 3 gas burning fireplaces just a month ago. Now 2 of my fireplaces don't work correctly. The next morning after they had left, where they were doing a routine check up, my entire basement was filled with gas, exposing my daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren to GAS!!!!!, Danger and potential health issues. When I called back, it took a lot to get someone back out to repair. I talked to their office and they were not interested in fixing my gas fireplaces. I have asked 2 employees to have the owner call me.

The installation was not long, but done so professional. Nick chose the best possible look with my awkward fireplace built from Moss Rock and turned my ugly, cold eye sore into beautiful and cozy.
