Wood Destroying Organisms
Report
A Wood Destroying Organism Inspection is an inspection focused on finding conditions that are conducive to WDOs and actual infestations or damage due to WDOs. During a WDO inspection we will look for wood rot, wet conditions in the crawlspace, carpenter ants, termites and wood boring beetles. It is important, especially in Oregon, to have your home inspected for wood destroying organisms.
Radon
Report
We are certified by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants to conduct radon testing. We provide short term radon testing services certified by the Environmental Protection Agency. Our short term testing is ideal for quick inspection periods. In just a few days you can learn if your home has high levels of harmful radon gas.

Daniel and his co-worker were great.
Thy did a very thorough job of inspecting the home we hope to purchase and appreciate knowing what all will need fixing in the near future and what can be put off for a few years yet. They were kind and respectful and explained what all they had looked at and the worst of what they found (which wasn't to bad actually). Their report was very detailed and I appreciated the pictures to go along with the explanation of what it was of. Could not be happier!

Daniel was very thorough in inspecting the house we were purchasing. He was very quick but took his time in the areas needed most. His final report was explained in great detail. We were able to be there at the end of the inspection so even though we were getting a report, he showed us several places of concern and explained the problems. He followed up with a phone call to make sure we didn't have any other concerns and help if necessary. He and his assistant were very professional and personable. We would highly recommend his services.
